Hi again Pulsarians..! Finally I manage to see the new 200NS on the road, looks awesome..! For those riding the 200NS..? How do you all find the bike..? My dad now itching to trade-in his Phantom for either KTM's Duke 200 or Bajaj's Pulsar 200NS.. So here I am compiling every reviews I can find from fellow SG riders.. hello guys. hows everyone ? im wondering hows the resale value of pulsar?

 

i understand there are many factors that contribute to this. im wondering if a new hand pulsar is better or should i get a second hand one.

 

 

should a new pulsar have low resale value , a second hand bike should be of a better deal to get..

 

today went around and found vespa about to scrap.

 

however the coe need renewal and bike has to overhaul and redo paint wiring etc. estimated cost will be around 1500+ (coe) $1000 (insurance 23year old 2party p plate) and repair costs $1500. so its around 4K. bike plate is FC .px 200. i worry the bike will eat into my pockets cause of fuel consumption and maintenance of the bike.just sharing.

Both bikes are good. Duke is better build quality, more power, higher FC and overall a better bike, but then it comes at a price. The best thing about pulsar is that it is value for money.

So it boils down to your budget and what is more important to you. Value for money or the ultimate 2B 4 stroker.

 

BTW, my Pulsar 200(Not NS) now completing about 7 months with me. I have consistently got almost exactly 40 KM/Ltr with this bike. No breakdowns or niggles so far. Its pulling power from standstill at a traffic light is also just perfect to overtake ahead of cars. Just loving the ride

i will agree about the fc,always makes me smile and happy everytime i start the bike.

 

even in heavy traffic jams its a breeze to squeeze thru the traffic,but i have to ask for advice

 

the stock pulsar mirror is too big and not able to fold in when traffic jam any idea what kinda mirrors should i change to? any guys using any other mirrors that is easy to squeeze thru?
