silverboi,

Regarding how I know whether O'Ren is a gal or guy...

Firstly, I guess if u look back at those thread u sure can easily find out about her gender..

Secondly, If O'Ren is a guy, then i believe Nemesis wun drool so much when he saw her.... (Nemesis, correct??? lol)

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Side note: I guess with my constant bombardment at Nemesis, I sure kana kick out of SBT soon...

I guess maybe the Hatyai trip I might not be able to attend already... I just received news that my company is planning some auditing during that period. Sorry to splash cold water...

Ehh..

NTUC form, non NTUC users can use? Sekali not protected by law because non-NTUC income user :X

Not trying to be funny, but in case when things happen, the other party try to be funny...

yea, you can use it. it's just a form to state that the matter has been settled and neither party is allowed to pursue it any further, e.g. can't claim against insurance.

just that if you're under NTUC, you send the form to them, so if the other fella tries to claim against you, they will be able to rebutt his claim, since he has legally signed away his option to claim. think that only applies to civil case though, since there's no actual admission of liability. there's nothing stopping you from filing a seperate TP report if you wanna file a complain against the other party.

someone correct me if i'm wrong?

Hello,

What happened did you have an accident? Are you ok? How's the bike ?

minor fender bender. bike should be ok, maybe steering cone bearings got dinged, steering's a little notchy now. that's why will be bringing to UM to take a look. physically, other than a manky wrist, everything's ok. foot got squashed, but was wearing riding boots.

reminder to all riders, please do pay extra attention when near home or just leaving, the stats are true! most accidents happen within a few minutes of home.

Smile! Tomorrow will be worse.

Ladies n gentlemen,

Since sat night sure confirm will jam in custom one... My suggestion is to shift this BTMO back to singapore instead.

1.) At least we can accomodate Gennosukes to allow him to join us for this month BTMO...

2.) in case O'ren can't find her passport.

3.) Actually the food at JB palangi is non-halal.... and i have been searching high n low for alternatives... I really dun wanna exclude any bro out...

4.) hopefully more ppl can attend...

My suggestion is to meet at kallang KFC again then we moved out to some other place... for eg. Seletar Dam for chit chat session, then move to late night movie for those interested...

Pls give suggestion...

AND I AM NOT HOSTING ANY BTMO.... BTMO belongs to boss Nemesis... Best is if "SOMEONE" will lead the way to source for good halal food in JB.... Then I believe the BTMO in JB will be more fruitful...

Remember the Motto.. We r all Bikers. BTMO do not belong to me. Anyone who interested in hosting are welcome to do so, This appiled to other event for SBT included DIY, wash Bikes and outing. Interested Bajaj Bikers, please have the courtesty to inform me. Or email to [email protected]

The reason is very simple. Any hicup or problem arise during the trip, I will be questioned 1st.

Regards

Nemesis

Agreed!!!! It is not the bike usually that is fast... It is the rider on it... As for me, I feel that a P180 is good enuf for me... good strength got speed... I even overtake Fazer 6 and Fazer 1 before in traffic jam and heavy traffic... Bike spec is secondary if the rider got no confidence of taming it....

My pulsar and me are ONE when we are navigating round corners and tight traffic... so far she has never failed me even once.... I love my Pulsar...

Well said, I strongly agreed with points.

Hi everyone, I would like to ask for suggestions and remarks on the following:

Since there are A LOT of questions about the Pulsar bikes, coming up with one exhaustive FAQ leads to a messy result.

So I was thinking to do the following: create one page on the blog called "General FAQ" that will compile all the pre-buying questions and the general questions about the bike performances and maintenance.

And the blog will have articles added to the FAQ category, talking about more specific questions. That way we can go deeper in the subject of each article.

Here is so far what the questions of the General FAQ look like: (no particular order)

- How much does a second hand Pulsar cost ?

- What are the specifications of Pulsar bikes ?

- What type of box can I use with a Pulsar ? Where to get it ? How much does it cost ?

- I heard the stock tyres don't have a good grip on the road, is it true ?

- What type of license do I need to be able to ride a Pulsar ?

- What are the things I need to know before buying a Pulsar ?

- How much does a Pulsar 180 cost ? And a Pulsar 200 ?

- Can I find the Pulsar 220 in Singapore ?

- Where can I buy a brand new Pulsar ?

- Where can I buy a second hand Pulsar ?

- What are the payment methods when I buy a Pulsar ?

- What does OTR mean ? What does it include ?

- How much is the insurance for a Pulsar ? What is a second and third party insurance ?

- How much is the COE for a Pulsar ?

- How much is the Road Tax for a Pulsar ?

- Where do I get that ERP unit thingy that all bikes have ? How much does it cost ? How does it work ?

- How often must I do a bike inspection ?

- Is there any fairing that can be used to equip the Pulsar 180?

- Can I still buy a first hand Pulsar 180 UG 1/2/3 or do the shops only sell Pulsar 180 UG4 now?

- What's the difference between each Pulsar model/upgrade ?

- Where can I get the cheapest Pulsar 180?

- How much is the Fuel Consomption (FC) of a Pulsar 180 ? And a Pulsar 200 ?

- What kind of petrol should I use ? How much does it cost ?

- What kind of oil should I use ? How much does it cost ?

- How much does the gear cost ?

- What kind of regular maintenance must be done on a Pulsar ?

- What is the engine run in ?

- Who can I contact if I have more questions about Pulsar bikes ?

etc...

The questions that can be seperated from the general FAQ and could require a bigger answer than a few lines:

- I want to change the stock tyres of my Pulsar. What tyres should I choose ? Where to get them ? For how much ?

- Is intalling a light under the bike's seat legal ?

- Do I need to modify anything if I were to change my 2 pilot lights to led?

- Sometimes my digimeter console backlight will go off, why is that? How do I fix it ?

- I have troubles with my idling speed. It goes up sometimes and I have to adjust it, how to fix it ?

- Which sprocket is best for riding on the express way frequently?

- Where can I repair my Bike ?

- Where can I service my bike ?

- How do I change the engine oil (EO) on my Pulsar ?

The blog will include the following categories:

F.A.Q : any articles with content that can answer popular questions

Servicing & maintenance: articles about how to pamper our bikes

D.I.Y: articles about how to modify the bike by ourselves, or about DIY sessions (photos etc)

Tips: articles with useful advices and tips (for example, tips on preventing theft or lowering the risk of it)

BTMO and meet-ups: infos about the travels (photos, reviews, customs, gear, preparations etc.), and the last-minute or planned-in-advance meetings.

As much as I don't mind taking care of the blog and setting it up, I want to stress that this is just my way of saying thanks to the members of SBT and offering my little contribution to the life of the group. I am in no way deciding for the group, I am just trying to make things happen

So I still need as much help as possible for the following:

- suggest questions & (or) answers to add to the FAQs

- help write the answers that are needed

- read proof the FAQs once the work is done

- suggest topics for articles that are still missing and might be useful to others

- contribute with photos to illustrate articles and blog

- criticize to help improve the blog

For now, it's just the draft stage.

Let's write the questions/answers we think might be useful, and throw suggestions on the content.

By the end of the WE you should be able to see a rough version of our future blog (it's going to be hosted on Wordpress to start, and later when we feel the need for it or can afford it, we can host it on our own domain).

I hope everyone will feel encouraged to participate with comments and remarks. Nothing is fixed, and I'm sure there are a lot of things that can be added and improved.

Please participate and don't be shy or afraid of disagreeing!

Great job. Send a soft copy to [email protected]

Hi Solar,

good one.. but i think recently all singaporean passports are automatically registered.. this is wat i found out when i tried to register abt 2 months ago.. The officers at the counter said, now the system is linked with ica and so, i dun need to register again.. (something along those lines).. but it is still needed for old passports and malaysian ones.. this is wat the person told me..

if anyone could verify this... thanks
