Too much too less ... both does not work.

 

btw .. regards of the broken bones dietery Nemesis recommended yes.. calcium is a good source for growing of bones and teeths also but we can't just "too" depend on calcium only, we need protein for the muscle growth, iron for blood growth, carbo for energy and not to forget fiber too as fiber will prevent constipation in your bowel system and last not least drink plenty of plain water ... 8 cups a day an ideal amount.

 

Just similar to our bike, it needs good s plugs, eo, air filter, battery, fuel etc ...

 

our bike engine and our body system work the same way both need good sufficient dietary and healty living style

 

Take good care of our body and also our bike ... both will prevent from hospital and workshop bills....

If ok with you guys , I will organise for this Dec BTMO.

 

But I need at least minimum 8 or 10 pax to book the range on that Sat evening.

 

Fees will be $15 if you are a passion card holder and $20 if you don't have a passion card.

 

In brief ...

 

Place: Zhenghua CC at Bt Panjang near to Segar LRT Stn.

Parking: Free behind the cc

Date/Time: Sat 12th Dec 7.30pm - 9.30pm

Duration: 2 hours (instead of 1hr special for SBT only)

Fees: $15 wif passion card / $20 if no passion card

Target: 5 boards max

Bows: Sharing 2 pax to 1 bow

Arrows: Unlimited till the end of time

Attire: Strictly NO SLIPPERS

Event: Shooting practice and mini competition (Team that lose will pay for dinner later)

Objective: Friendship & Brotherhood bonding among new and oldies SBT members

 

Further info ... Nemesis will continue....

 

For me is just a proposal only for this coming year end Dec 09 BTMO.

pit food and drinks amount to be shared amongst all that are interested.

It will still be at least $700+ because of P Plate of the rider. Some insurance companies don't look at bike types like Mitsui.
