so lomg ago..cant remember ...some may say need to clean meh??????????

if that is the case..i suggest you check your chains condition..

recently came across one bike during installation of the ezzyoiler..the front sprocket cover is missing..

on further enquiries was told the chain snapped and it all ended rolled up at the front sprocket and broke the cover..fortunately no one was hurt..thats why he came after replacing the chain/sprockets.

 

so dont let this happen to you..get your chains maintained properly.. i love my ezzyoiler

They should be the same.

I think you can even put a 750cc engine on a 400cc ACE with no problem and vice versa.

Possibly. The last motorcycle dream I had, we riders were studying in a school and there's some possibility that riding's either our subject or an extra curriculum. A lot of riders were in the dream, including others reading this.

If it's the Shadow ACE 400 vs the Shadow Aero 750 then it's correct. The Shadow ACE 400 has a higher Centre of Gravity (CG). The Shadow ACE 750 is the same, as One Headlight mentioned. But, against the Shadow Aero 750, the CG is lower. With the low seat height, short legged riders like me need not tip-toe when sitting on the bike, so it feels smaller.

Been busy guys?

 

Well, I've been busy too. I've installed an engine guard. I got the design from the internet and I had my fabricator copy it. It's a Lindbar from Lindby. Its a radical design that combines engine guard with highway pegs.

 

Here's a picture from the shop where I had it installed. Hope you guys like it because I'm thrilled to bits.

Guys~ I need help badly, just now my bike keep stalling when not moving. I had to keep my throttle on in order for the bike to stay idling. Any idea what cause it to stall? i am also having problem starting the bike, i had to twist the throttle and press the ignition button on the same time. And I dont know how to tune the Shadow idling speed. Please help!!

i had exact same problem with my steed!!! haha! my carb inside got water... so e carb is choked... so dun try anymore, just tow to shop n get ur carb washed... i washed mine at planet motor for about $60...

from e fuel cap... cause thru time, my fuel cap e rubber not properly tight so leak water in from rain n stuff... a simple solution for me is to change my fuel cap to new one

Bro, you can also check the spark plugs for signs of wetness. The idle control of the ACE is on the left side between the cylinder heads. Turn clockwise (little at a time) to increase idling. Reverse to decrease.

Bro, you can also check the your fuel hose for leaks or blockage. Looks like fuel is not reaching the carbs.

just came back from rosli shop, the reason for the bike stalling is due to dirty air filter restricting enuff air to enter, together with the burnt wire connector, causing the spark plugs to turn black.

Changed 4 spark plug, wire connector and air filter, total $90 and my bike came back to life again
