sorry for the late reply bro, nah.. in the end i decided to stick with the normal open face helmet. I have been using the free one given by ASP, which of course, sucks cos the visor cant stay up. will prob be heading to ahboy soon to get a new one

hey bro,

 

apparently, its a top overhaul. which republic motors quote me $400-$500 which almost popped my eyeballs out.

 

so apparently i didnt have $400-$500 so i told them next time perhaps. lol will be more than happy to come chill during the joyrides! :)

 

Frm my exp, u wanna do any overhaul, think go back boon siew should be better as i had it done mine for 600+ at the famous bike shop for crusier n yet the problems still not solve. So now, wanna go to boon siew but there charges will be eye poping too if u are not under warrenty...

Bowling with francis is a bad idea too.. Unless getting thrashed is your favorite pastime.

Of course I trust my skills. I ride alone cos I don't trust the competency of the driver next to me.

My Evo that I got frm ah boy is not very tight too. My brother in law's MHR is performing much better.

BLESSING OR CURSE?

 

Last night, I left my ugly ass white helmet on my bike and forgot to lock it up. kena stolen... in the end couldnt send my gf to work as i only have 2 helmets, had to ask her to take bus while I use her slightly smaller helmet ( lucky can fit )

 

a little annoyed as i was very sure that people wouldnt wanna steal such a flimsy looking white helmet ( quite dirty also ) but basket, inconvience me.

 

ANYWAY.. I headed down to ahboy in the afternoon and bought this quite cool open face HYPER helmet, it has the sunglasses flip down thingy with the button. quite stylo milo lah.. hahahaha so quite happy! $60. heehee.. perfect excuse to buy new helmet. lol!

You can weld helmet locks anywhere om your bike (: actually, your helmet lock can lock two but have ta squeeze

Here, the cut the strap so you end up with only the D-ring on the helmet lock. Then they buy new D-rings and sew them back. New helmet for them.

just look at the shadow/steed...the shadow seem so beefy..i presume they weigh a ton more..hehe..
