Hello peeps... i'm back from tekong... sols should be too.... never have i run like siao for the ferry to go back mainland.... miss riding and miss u guys too... and yeah... the food's ok.... on good days, i get to eat fish and chips... hehe... and yeah, i lost 4 kg in 2 weeks.

 

I cant attend Sols bday coz tmr celebrating my friend's bday too... haiz... why must clash...

Told you the food not bad right. By the way fat people training r slack. If you kena normal training dunno what you might complain. Haiyah people nowadays so pampered cannot take a bit of hardship.

Eh, i like the idea of progressive training ar bro... although slack in the beginning but it kinda builds up my confidence and stamina ar.... not like 1st day ask u to run 2.4km and expect to get a silver at 1st try.....

 

Atleast with the progressive training, by the final week, i'm more fitter than before...

 

And yeah, less carbo(rice/noodle), standard serving of protein protein(meat w/o skin or tofu) ormal serving of vege and 1 piece friut

 

that's what i did!
