whats the diff between a 7 gear n 6 gear mito?

 

the 7th gear is the overdrive. and there is a difference in the gearing ratio btwn the 6th n 7th gear mito. other than tat, there ain't much any difference.

guys, i need help really badly.. i fall in love with mito eversince i saw my friends mito.. went down to FM, ask them if they had one for sale.. i did ask if theres any good condition.. they said, there's one inside undergoing overhaul with new paintwork coming.. their words made me down them some money and pay the rest by installment.. after a month waiting, i finally get the bike from them, the bike was in a very very very bad condition.. i didnt ask much, i ask if they could just change the chain and sprocket as it was out of shape, they told me they dont have stock and asked me to just lube it.. after sometime, i realised that it wasnt the bike i wanted.. it was a 7 gear mito in a 6 gear fairing.. 1992 model.. the bike breakdown a couple of times and troubled other mito riders.. once called them to tow the bike back, referred me to bikebulance.. i got the bike less than a month and i was ask to pay for the towing and the repair fees.. i asked for the paintwork they promised me but they pretend they didnt know about it..

 

what i want now is nothing much.. i just want to get rid of my current mito and get another mito.. im very very stressed.. installment left with 11 months of 184 dollars.. only pay one month.. if you guys have any solutions, you can reach me at 81329714 as i wont be here often, working most of the time..

ohh. it's ike u saw this girl living in a thrash, and you know she's beautiful *if u clear the mess up that is*. soo. u picked the girl n it turn out not to be your way.

 

tell you what. my mito one month dunno breakdown how many times when i just got it. especially the battery. don't care about the exterior first. look at the interior (piston, block, valve, suspension, fork etc.) and then when it's good to go, go for new paintwork. step by step. not all at one.

 

you should have check the mitos for sale in the garage sale first before going any motorshop. coz these mitos are in running condition, and since our community is small, we knew n need each other's advice.

 

the bottom line is, be proud of your bike, even if it break down, or even lose with some japs bikes when you play around with them. coz it's yours. you bought it with your hard-earn money. rebuild it, not just sell it n buy another good condition one. you wont feel the pride then.

try backtrack the page. this thing was talked abt before. if im not wrong the 7 speed is 'stronger' cos of closer gear ratio if i remember correctly.

Haha totally agree... My mito also break down quite alots of times jus because of battery and relay lols...

My offer stands to ALL Mito riders and perhaps we will all see the day where Mito riders will ride their bikes as proudly as Aprilia riders do. I am willing to hold a monthly maintenance workshop for Mito and Aprilia riders and this is actually in the planning phase at the moment.

wahlao. just now i park at rivervale mall, then went off suddenly around north vista secondary, bike dies. faster2 clutch in, coz piston jam or watt. then stop in the middle of the road. car behind horn alr. stuuupid. sooo.. guess what happen to the bike?
