You can't directly track your phone (if you did not download any app for that). The best solution for you is to report it to the police and let them handle it.

 

There are also alot of apps that can track your whereabouts. Can check thru PC also at home.

ride thru the rain today. and when i reach home, discover that my iphone already spoil, it couldnt detect my sim card. is it still covers under warranty?

For future knowledge sharing, Apple (or your mobile carrier shop) will look at the water sensor sticker inside your iPhone. If it changes colour and thus proves evidence that it kena water, they have reason to deny a replacement.
