yupe..ur hole a bit smaller..try bigger ones...maybe the fan will work as normal..how much u charge?

well the fan doesnt on all the time as one of my tester feedback on when a certain periods but i try to improve to it... currently im not selling it till result of my tester(3 riders) once its confirm that its fine maybe i can diy 4 u.. i have few designs to do.. :smile:

i have the mesh with bigger holes but will like to change it to the smaller ones cos with bigger holes, the design is not that obvious and small stones can still go in...

My first DIY mesh...abit smeared at the top...>.

 

Not hard to do but patience is needed.

28th Jan 05 - 16th April 06 Honda NSR SP150 (Pro-arm)

Just a question, are the wire mesh made of metal or plastic? Coz I'd prefer metal than plastic. If can get copper metal will be better since copper is a good conductor of heat hence will draw out the heat faster. Aluminium is also another good conductor of heat.

 

1st choice: Copper

2nd choice: Aluminium

 

If have I may be interested to get 1 :smile:

Hi pple i'm the one doing the mesh. i initially had an MO on but somehow it got lost. dun worry i'll be setting up another MO. those interested and want more pic please meet me up directly so i can show u all i have done. i'm not only doing honda wing. many designs u can choose from. n like gangster said, i customise too. I did for R1 before. Biohazard design also done before. for more details please contact me directly @98224140 (sms pls).

 

As for teaching, haha, trade secret. haha joking la. but i dun teach. only sell. If u wan can la. buy 1 from me n i teach u how to do on the spot. haha.
