Bro, it took me abt 4 months to know i can early release from contract. During that time, met CO N SQN CO interview me n blar blar.. received news from XO told me i can early release hehe.. damn happy..But alot of paper work to do, must go alot of places to sign paper work for clearance..

I think this will depend on your vocation. If no demand then very easy can leave but if there's a demand then.........

 

 

I got a friend who submitted his paper 5 mths ago to request to leave on 16 Apr but until today he is still in service.

Then I think the best is play safe:

 

Do your primary job.

Do some sai kang so that can add in write up.

Hope dun kenna any case (eg. drink driving, Fight, speeding).

Plus dun fail IPPT.

Do some USMS.

Plus 1 WITs.

 

 

Then I think in the ranking, min. also can be in Band 3. PB min. also can get 0.5. Most important is must watch your back(check your B. spot), beware of those who might attack you from behind(so that can overtake you in ranking). :smile:
