Found out the secondary fuel tank is leaking, its located behind the leg shield panel, when I top up petrol in the main tank just now. And the seller never told me abt it.

Also the 2T tank almost dry, top up close to 1L into the 2T tank and pour the rest into the fuel tank. Btw what's the capacity of the 2T tank?? How much 2T you guys normallyy pour into the main tank??

Hopefully the petrol leak is at the tubing connected at the top of the secondary tank, cause couldn't see very clearly, too dark at the mscp. Or is there a o-ring or gasket on the tank??

How much and viscosity of fork oil require to rebuilt both fork leg, mine left side is leaking. I have factor in the problem and ask the seller for discount on the selling price.

What abt the front and rear tire pressure, the skipper manual I bought has many section missing. Damm the seller!! never zap the full manual for me.

for ur info.

this scoot is very old(manufactored in year 1995 or 1996).

all the rubbery stuff should most likely harden up and cracked.

best if u can spend some money to get a mech to take a closer look at the fuel system ( fuel pipes, all the one way valves and petrol pump inclued)and suspension system ( chances of oil leak due to faulty oil seal).

it might be leaking from the overflow tube. monitor and see how it goes.

it's 1.5litres for us. for typhoon it might be different.

tt i don't know...it should be in manual. gotto check.

this you gotto ask typhoon riders. cos we're using monoshock for front and rear.

for belt and rollers, should cost you about 60. shouldn't be that difficult to change urself. need grease and airgun. cos the rollers enclosure's difficult to open. for more info, try pm rol13. he's the only guy i know who change his own belt and rollers.

The scoot was manufactured in 1995 but only registered in Dec 2002, hence FW plate. Mileage is only 30K.

I do hope the leak is due to the rubber hose harden and crack and not the secondary fuel tank leak, cant imaging the cost to change that tank.
