Just washed and wax my Skipper this morning...:smile:

btw, anyone have experience why parking light dun work?

I changed bulb (blown), checked fuse but still no light :confused:

Wiring spoilt :confused:

Parking Lights? Skipper got parking light meh? Hahaha the other time my brake lights didnt work, its becos the brake switch spoils! Maybe you could have it checked! :cheeky: By the way Takuma is the hero name! Not the father's name! :smile:

Aiyo...Skipper headlight have 2 bulbs mah...1 big one for high/low beam...the other small 12v bulb is parking light...that one cannot light up leh :confused:

 

oh..Oryx, Takuma is the AE86 driver ah? :cheeky: Thanks.

Hi ppl, I'll be on business trip in June for months...am thinking to rent out my Skipper in June...

Can ride till my insurance expire in April 06 (maximum).

Min must rent for 3 months.

$140/month.

I'll go service my Skipper before handover, change belt and rollers etc.

If anything spoil, I pay repairs. But if Piston jam, then you pay. Cos Piston new one. If parts kanna stolen, you help me replace...2nd hand also can but same condition lah...

 

You just pay your own petrol and 2T (if rent 3 months).

If longer, must help me wash airfilter :cheeky:

 

I also dunno if this'll work. So anyone interested can call me to discuss...

Aiyo...my friend say $140 a bit too high...so I've revised it to $120/month :cheeky:

But sub rider fee you pay :sweat: I think $25 one time.

Yah lor :weep:

just spent $200 changing engine mount / wash everything in clutchbox and replaced some nuts in the clutch system, washed and waxed...

Botak say after 5000km go change belt and rollers...so just nice, before I leave for Thailand, go replc these then my scoot should be fit liao :smile:

Oryx, I got this Haynes Vespa repair manual for PX models between 1978-1995 leh...since you ride Vespa, if you want..I lent you go zap :smile:

I ever bought a $400 T5 (pizzahut vespa) from Ah Joo in 2003..COE only left 5 months :faint:

Luckily that year I manged to renew COE at $57 (if I remembered correctly) :smile:

Only gave me trouble after 4 months..when the gear box start to skip gear. Spent $100+ to replc the whole part.

 

This can serve as a rough guide..I was looking for a T5 for 2 months plus but now decided to settle down with my Skipper (then came the news tt I have to go overseas ):sian:

btw rae07, there's a FB6806 on sale somewhere in the forum...is a milky blue px150...done up to look like vespa 150 :smile: parked at Ah Joo's place.

Selling $1700 (last price I saw).

I dunno engine good or not...but is a good price for all the vintage look...can go view it...cos an original vintage one can be $3000-$6000.

What's your budget?
