2008 new...

u changing bike liao??

Hows was the pricing ? machine and OTR... erm ... got money my first choice is R6.. second is CBR600RR...

Acceleration power is not important than a good perfect braking system to prevent an accident.

actually i also chosed r6 08 one but...

CBR more user friendly to rider n pillion.

lighter

riding posture more comfort

runs cooler than r6

bcos its honda n honda engine reliability

cost 2k lesser n insurance also cheaper

but resale r6 will be better.

My reason is simple... Already 3 honda rides.. next must be other brands and thats Yamaha... after that try suzuki or ducati ... :cheeky:

hey ghost was just wondering, dry weight of cbr600 07 is 155kg( based on the official website)

so if u take away the mirrors, the bulky rear fender, change to titanium full system which is lighter and to get rid of the bulky catalytic converter, change to lighter magnesium rims, add in the single seater, take away the pillon pegs, throw in some carbon fibre race fairing, i reckon the dry weight can hit sub 150kg? now that wud be super light man

magazine said its 9kg lighter than r6. wet weight is 186kg.

so sub 150kg u might need a spoiler to maintain high speed??
