i think vivo chaging rate for bikes most probably is coz by complaining by some car drivers which bikes blocking their doors

 

My complain is too many M'sian bikes. I know that they park there in the day and then go to work until evening, then go home and L2 and L3 are freed up for shoppers.

 

I didn't complain to the management, so dun flame me. Just my opinion.

 

like what someone mentioned earlier, parking there after a certain time is more expensive than car parking. and parking there during the day is also more expensive than parking in town/CBD area, which i find totally senseless.

 

They should take IMM as an example. First 3 hours free (which is more than enough time to run small errands like dropping by for a meal, or to buy small things and go off) and from the 4th hour onwards its $1.07 per entry (not per hour charge).
