HDB HUB has been debated many times.

 

Just because you can bypass the barrier, it doesn't mean that it's free parking.

 

Look at the signboards on the walls. They say you have to display a valid coupon. There's even a photo of this a few pages back up this thread.

 

Come on, this is the HDB and HDB will charge HDB rates. Be thankful that they let you re-use your coupon instead of charging per day using the IU.

 

HDB HUB is NOT FREE.

 

U mean at B1? Saw the signboard at B1 but not in B2. I always park at B2, see other bikes, they never put coupun...

2 car park, 1 at the main entrance (at the food centre),

the other is just further inside, after the main entrance.

There is a Park Royal Hotel which is at Beach Road - that's different from Crown Prince (I think) which is at Orchard Road.

actually u have two alternatives carpark to park..

 

Swissotel Merchant Court u can choose to park @ Central ..

Liang Court u can choose to park @ Clarke Quay Multi-storey..

 

both is just 5mins walking dist lehh..

 

But at the same time, u may wish to recce for urself so u wont have to get drench while collecting ur bike.. =)

I just parked for free at MSCP of SIA Building (77 Robinson Road) few days ago. Car park office staff confirmed its free parking. Although the parking fee signboard stated "not applicable" for Motorcycles, gantry will still open when we rid up to the IU detector. When leaving, just ride up to the IU detector and gantry will open... no need cash card.
