Omg, these adds on are already getting into me even i haven got my bike yet.

 

Tmax on track, tommy u really bring out the sporty characteristic of the bike.

 

Krabi would be nice for a 5-6days get away. 2 days up 2 days down. The sun, sand, beach and call in the babes..haha.

 

Btw, i am interested to put race shield after i get my ride. Anyone did it on theirs or has cheaper alternative? Those interested let me know k, can do it together.

Tmax old birds, can anyone tell me what's the downside for this beautiful scoot? I may need to help a friend takeover and ride his 08 Tmax for a year due to him going overseas for work.

Down side ar..erm..scooter comfort?As this is a Sports Scooter,Seating posture abit high if compard to Silver wing n Burgmans,but actually not agressive.Still gd IMHO.Most big scooters dun have immediate stock of Tyres n After market parts (But can easily order).wear n tear no need to worry much..oil filter share the same as R6 or rather can be used,R6's is just abit longer..dun expect extreme power like manual bikes esp sports bikes as its auto.

Haha, I have a Piaggio X8 and understandably, scoots are meants for comfort which means they don't have the adrenaline rush of a powerful sport. Just to get a clearer picture, what's the capacity of EO needed for change? And quantity of plugs? Thanks for the heads-up btw!

Power wise, need nt worry.. There's still power in tis scooter.. It does give u some push whenever needed unlike other scooter(nt refering to Burgers).. Unless u refering to sports bike then is nt comparable..

Yup, MQ himself is riding one. His friend is my camp-mate. Happened to bump into him at Regina and was asking me whether I can help him ride and look after his Max for the next 1 year starting from end Oct. Need to find out more abt the bike.

aiya,no problem la..we just met mq n him n some of their maxxer frens at dam tt day b4 our Kapitan (weizhong) left the country..hehee..lets meet up soon..the EO change,if use the R6 filter (Which is cheaper cos in stock,Tmax filter not all shops have but it is the same only abit longer) just use full 3 litres of the oil..coz its abit longer..

I've checked with their local agent here B4, if i didnt rem wrongly, the price for the Akra full system (street-legal) is ard S$1,300.

 

didnt buy as i didnt feel it was worth the price-tag for the minimal weight-savings and HP-improvements (besides the glam factor)

 

those with money to spare, i'd say its lovely!!
