Hi, got my baby yesterday. Fumble with opening the seat initially but the bike was very forgiving as i quickly got used to it. Rode it away and handling was crisp. The ride was terribly slow as was running in the engine. When is a good first oil change? Since its a auto gear cruising along the highway while running in is not recomanded?

Why the new IU has to be launched a day ltr..:giddy:

I am back iam back iam back! Got my 07 yesterday.. Was very surprised with its FC.. haven't reach half tank and i'm already doing 100miles liao! But i dun like the throttle tension becos of the new throttle bodies compared to the carb last time. brakes are defintely a lot better, and bikes turn in better becos of the rear tyres being increased by a inch, got a little bit more ground clearance. too much travel on the front forks... Any body here got lobang for upgrade kits for forks?

99-01 > Mito 125, NSR 150

01-03 > Honda VFR 400 NC30, Aprillia RS250

03-05 > '02 YZF R1

05-07 > '05 Suzuki 600 K5, Wave 125, Nuovo 110

07-08 > '03 T-MAX [5GJ]

08-10 > '07 T-MAX [5VU], '08 T-Max [4B5], 08 R6

05-10 > DUCATI 749 Dark Mono

10-11 > CBR 1100XX, 2010 Busa

13-14 > RC51 SP2

07-Tmax??? hmm, tot U bought the new '08???

errr, from the experience of my 05:

hmm, the upper half of the tank is "bigger", once it drops below halfway mark, it appears to run-down much faster... so dun be fooled by the fuel-meter :sian:

well, once it starts to blink, i've taken it to a max of 20-25 miles, so there U go, hope U wont ever need to run till dry and have to push it.... :faint:

well, i've always prefered the FI-model over the Carbs (pls, no offence meant, just my personal preference)

ENJOY the RIDE!!! :thumb:
