fr full tank to reserve how many ltr n wat is the distance covered ...

Hi full tank plus reserve is 12litres in total. As for my bike 10 litres can run for 400+ (forget how km ) but went to top up about 10litres. Average maybe 45km /litres

wow tats a lot but wonder how came theres a big diff between yours n brada

 

avg fuel consumption is about 35 -37 km/litre

full tank to reserve is 10 litres distance covered is ard 350 -370 km excluding 2 litres reserve

 

 

as 4 myself hav been riding for three days ...

1st day pump full tank..

current mileage 210km n fuel gauge @ 3/4

Dun trust the fuel guage guys, its nv accurate for all bikes ! Reset the trip meter everytime u pump to full tank k. When it hits 400 to 420km, its time to top up man~ Enjoy ur run in guys~ lolx

I using caltex 95. The fuel guage nt accurate so if u nt pillion anyone can try to ride til 420 or 450km and c any more petrol inside the tank. Dun be surprise there may be still about 1l left. Next time round i will try to monitor the maximum distance cover for full tank.

scare to try the mix.. for me 9L (350-380km) will go pump lo..

anyway wat engine oil u'll using? for me is mobil engine oil.. Or anyone think there's a better oil for FZ?

As for my bike is still under warranty , so i went to hong leong for free service. Our bike model still new on the road , what i afraid is that dun know other workshop knows how to service our bike or not.

agreed.. One bike shop i went to change my engine oil, i asked if they have the oil filter. The mech asked me back "this bike got oil filter meh?". Till i have to show him where it is.shows how much they know bout the bike.

i tink changing of eo,oil filter,spark plug is best u do urself..

 

i tink this bike is good fer transport,as i am considering it fer my daily bike..aniway,hows the front braking like??good enuf or cannot make it??ani of u change to steel braided hose,master pump,oversize disk brake n caliper??

the brake is effective for me and not necessary to change so many things. My rxz last time i ride 8 yrs also all stock parts and still doing well. Just maybe get better engine oil & oil filter , spark plugs, air filter and coolant that suits our Fz . petrol wise 95 or 98 gd enough , or once awhile top up full tank v power.

 

The only thing that concerns me is our tire which i feel that the quality nt that gd . Maybe slippery , so once it wears off will change to better tire and tubeless if possible.

so u saying the bike comes origanaly with tube??dats weird..well i guess most original tyres is nt dat good even for other bikes....so the tyres is 17 inch rite??n wat is the bigest tyre have u try dat is possible fer the origanal rim???

I passed my TP test yesterday and hope to get this as my first bike. Any idea how much will it cost for a 2nd hand bike? Saw in the previous posts that an owner just sold it off about 1 week ago, thus hope to know is there any shops carry 2nd hand or not.

Hi i dun get u wat is endo?? I have nt try to change the tire yet , only when it is abt to wear off then i change. The bike comes with a tube tire which is outdated nowadays as they still giving tube tire for new model bike. For super 4 stock tire still nt bad.

Yup the front brake is gd and the sound of the bike is good too even after i had ride super 4 before this bike is another 2B economical bike i have ride.Serves me well afterall.

Hi, my bike refused to start when I wanted to go home from work just now. Electric starter did not work, kick-start did not work, does not hear any sound of fuel goes into engine at all. It was on reserve I think. I went to fill fuel to max and still cannot start. now my bike stuck at office. Anyone has idea how I can get mechanics to go over and help me? Any idea why suddenly his happens? No rains, sparkplug is definitely dry. One thing, i cannot find choke lever anywhere with this bike? Where is it??? Thanks.
