My frens use standard size f15 r42..he say can get 140km like that...but i read from malaysia forum they the engine will be abit stress and vibrate...like asking for another gear...if i not wrong they also got say can convert to 6peed r15 gearbox..

Try adding on a uma high cam? See does it help or not. If not u need to get a malaysia wiring system. Cos sg model are set to economy malaysia is set for power due to ns highway

Maybe we all should organise a outing or something to discuss about FZ150i

It's a design benefit not a design flaw. It's so instead of breaking the whole signal lamp off when the bike falls, you can just reassemble the rubber arm and grip or buy a new one. Newer YBR also like that.

hey, maybe your chains are starting to wear?

how long have you been riding?

did you oil the chain regularly?

especially after rain riding?

the chain noise is there, but it's not loud or bothering me,though

oh,forgot to introduce myself,haha

well,i'm from indonesia

FZ150i is called V-ixion here....

oh well, basically they are the same,so why bother?

i ride a 2013 version of it,crashed twice

and now it's flayed on the tank and right wing shroud

considering a full body wrap,hehe

maybe matt white would be nice

done some mods

KOSO open filter

custom R9 exhaust system

change the stock tyre into bigger fatter 150/60 tyre at the back and 110/70 tyre at the front

some aftermarket clutch and brake lever

kawasaki vicktor/ninja150R handlebars

SSS heavy duty chains and sprocket with 15 teeth front and 45 teeth rear

2007 suzuki raider headlight (only the reflector part, without the shroud)

quick throttle kit

Hi Cobalt73

Just bought the bike half yr back. It is a August 2012 bike. Thanks for the info, notice that most bikes do have the chain noise. Mech said already tight enu, no nid to tighten.

Haha did not ride in rain n not oiling regularly. Maybe should do the oiling.

regular oiling improves chain life

you should oil it regularly,bro

especially after rain

rain water causes rust to form quickly on chains

most bikes have the chain noise, but not so loud, hehe

Coolant change can be diy too. Open the lower hose to the engine casing. Let it drain. Den flush it with dilluted water and vinegar. After clean, top up coolant
