How much for the Malossi and Polini rollers ?

Not sure about Malossi, but Polini ones should be in the region of $38 bucks for a set of 8 rollers, labour not included.

For me I mixed and matched 2 different weights of rollers, so cost me $76. But get to keep one more set as spare.

Heard from Choong at FS that the Dr Pulleys will wear out the variator... not sure how true is that.

Anyone care to find out ?

I still got my original variator, so maybe one day if my Polini variator dies or backside itchy then I'll try.... but cost around $76 bucks for one set of rollers...

Anyway I've got about 800ml of the Maxima gear oil left, anyone interested can just bring a container to store 200ml to my place at Bukit Batok.

Hi guys,

About the issues of rough idling, maybe we should not rule out the air filter too.....i am also facing this issues of rough idling when i came back from phuket....rpm went all the way to almost 2k rpm and i have to manually adjust to bring it down. But knowing that i have not clean my KNN filters since i bought it a year + ago hahahahah.so if william is changing his KNN to a malossi please advise if ur rough idle is being resolved and we shall how noe if we ought to clean our filters soon....hahahahha and WOW seems like there are a handful of burger king potentials here already

Think it could be not really a matter of cleaning, but that you'll need to increase the bike's idling when using the K&N filter... cos I changed back to the stock/Malossi filter, I've lowered the idling without any adverse effects!

Heard from the burgmanusa forum that 650 do use up a bit of EO. It seems to be true when I changed by EO after my Thailand trip. For 4000km mileage, 2.5l of EO was left when I changed nearly 2.7l EO on the prev oil change.

Chk with the 650 riders, if using manual drive, can only reach near 170km/h but using auto drive can reach near 190km/h. Is it similiar to yours too.

4000km of highway riding and only use 0.2ltr of engine oil, I think that is a very acceptable figure.

For my Burgman 400, sometimes every 2~300km (once a week) I have to top up 0.2ltr....

Maybe you can try posting a 'Want To Buy' thread in the Garage Sales section.... quite a rare bike, or call GHC (Suzuki agent) to ask?

GHC is Guan Hoe Co, the Suzuki agent. Can do a search online for the phone numbers. Another shop you can check with is Mah Motors.

Neverend: Okay I spotted a quite new AN125 at Golden Shoe Carpark, there was a ASP (A.S. Phoon - motorshop) sticker on it so you may wanna call them to ask about it.
