anyone knows how to use a microscope?

 

i need to know how to get the reading

 

suppose,

 

1) my eye piece is 16x

 

2) the magnifier is 10x

 

so if the particle i see is on the 1mm mark, my actual reading is 1mm/160?

 

i dont have a microscope manual so if anyone got one, can t-loan?
