Does anyone have this practice of allowing the bike shop to take care of the bike inspection? My father received a traffic police offense of $130 fine with 4 point demerits. He told me that he pass the bike to bike shop a day before the committed offence date, so he suspect that he was not the rider at that time of offence.

I'm thinking of writing a letter to TP to appeal this case but worried that it might complicate the matter , as i know that insurance only cover the rider.

Any advise ?

to clarify, bro, the mechanic should have an insurance coverage that covers him riding any bike. his insurance not the same as the one we normal people have, thats why the mechanics can ride any of the bikes in the shop out for testing and such and its legal.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

Thank for your responses .

I have went to the bike shop today to discuss this matter. The shop owner who was riding that bike at that timing will take over this traffic offence.
