Latio at 53K cheap?

Yesterday went for the car show at Expo, tried the latio feel the interia space quite nice so a bit temped, the sales told me they are clearing ex-stock so deduct 6.5k, original price 60K now going 53K only, is it a sales gimmik? how do u guys think, first timer here advice needed, thx

53K with 3 bid COE la, OTR should add bit more....anyway i foresee that the COE price and car price will drop due to weak demand which is caused by high inflation and petrol price, so decide to wait and see for another half a year first

Yes, Latio is selling at 53k. It used to be at the range of 57 - 59k.

Now it has drop tremendously, partly becoz we are giving out good discount to clear away the 07' stock. It is running out fast and customers are grabbing it becoz of the special discount @ $5500.

 

These are some of the discounts given Ex-stock discounts, YOM07 discount, special discount, Finance discount, insurance discount, etc..

the 53k is 4A/T version or Premium CVT version? definately can buy even if its 4A/T version... i got my premium exactly 1 year ago for 58.5k..

53K is basic model, premium will be 2k more i think.......

You're right. 53K Latio are made in 2007. All the features and specs are still the same as the 2008. We do have 08' model, however, if you were to opt of 08' model, you wont be able to get the 07' discount. So, usually, i will recommend to customers to get the 07' model instead of the 08'. It all depends on individual.
