you do know that 99.9% of people who visits this particular sector are people who currently owning the same bike that you are trying to sell right?

just a food for thought

and what is "dUN Miss..all guys interest my bike.."

haha.thomas, i suggest u spam in your garage sales thread. the potential buyers would be lurking in the garage sales,not here. i presume not many new class 2b holders even know what our bike is.

well,i can help out with that.

i tried following it but....i can't stick to it.lol.

no power at 7k leh. guess my fc will still stick to the same as before. haha

well, can try this:

gear 1 to gear 2 ---> 6krpm

gear 2 to gear 3 ---->7k

gear 3 to gear 4 ---->7k

gear 4 to gear 5----->7k unless going up slope then stay on gear 4

usually if your moving slowly at 50km/h constantly change to gear 5. win

or alternatively you can try warming up about 3mins then go. don't rev over 6k rpm until temperature gauge goes 2nd bar.

this partly helps me get 33-36km/l

don't worry tkw, im sure people will buy. worst come worst you can try @ sgbikemart.

well those guidelines are for flat roads, if goign up hill then u need to rev more.

anyway no need to overkill rev because every traffic past, is another one afew meters away only. unless your on expressway.

fleas..thks for info..

i alr collect my s4, quite consume petrol le...as compare my rwr is 2 times difference..

my rwr is really save oil..just keep for going to work/class if no rider buy for it.

nivlek89, i thk u hv to clean ur fuel injection regularly, go to cka buy a bottle ows fi to clean it..and if ur exhaust bike's sound is very loud or vibration , this directly affecting ur fc..and also dun whack throttle during 1st 10 mins, just cruising as normal.

Our rwr fc should not less than 30km..

you need to go to cka and ask to clean fi. even better if you do it doing servicing. 2 birds with 1 stone :)

alternatively you can try warming up longer(3mins) before riding off for better fuel consumption.

i think it's either u take out the fuel injector and strip it down and clean part by part, or u can just use the OWS cleaner to clean it. i think it's poured in to the engine and as it goes around the engine, it cleanses it. right?

is there any 'full' service 'package' at cka which does this?? :p

ya, u can go kaki bukit hq or bukit batok, i recommend HQ to do the full service.., but u need to place ur bike there at least one day..the technician will check and setting ur Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) and whatever spec in ur bike..

Free la FULL services - 'checking n setting'..since we hv 2 years engine warranty..

err actually, when you do your normal oil change/system check, just tell the mech that you want to do an fuel injection cleaning and all you need to do is the to purchase the bottle of ows fuel injection cleaner. workmanship should be free if you do it during your regular maintenance schedule(follow your book).
