anyone got experience similar problem like this before?

i only got a major/minor farce with a bloody *@#@!^ taxi darn crapster...

quite ironic since it was jus a paint scratch and the taxi claimed $1200...wtfact?

 

anyway, you think..hope its "worth it" to appeal..might end up getting more problems? not sure too..all the best...haiz..

urs still not worse mine

i bump into the taxi rear no dent nothing and basically is his fault i still got a photo of where the taxi stop and went to consult a lawyer whether can claim him anot

but fail

instead the taxi driver claimed me close to $4K!!!!!

 

anyway arnold28 bro if u send a appeal letter up to TP u will need bout 2 weeks after they receive ur appeal letter

and they will defer ur payment for the summon

but if say ur appeal fail den lan lan go pay the fine lo

 

but appeal is useless wan surely fail wan best recommended is MP! surely can wan cannot void at least oso can cut the pts deduct and fine

Its the same summon if you stop on the zebra crossing and the pedestrian kinda difficult to cross... so BEWARE!

most probably the pedestrain u din give way to is a off duty or plain clothes police ...they can lodge a summon without stopping u...if thats the case then i thinik u don need appeal...
