But I can't seem to forget

When you came along

Well, for the officers to notice your lane change and the behind car jam breaking. The EPU is most likely at the right hand lane and travelling faster.

And because I have been travelling too, I do notice, that especially auto drivers usually use brakes to slow their speed.

you should still try appealing that you did check blind spots and was speeding up for the lane change. (remember your riding theory, you speed up to lane change, not slow down!)

just received the letter .........

but in the letter , it say insufficient signal while changing lane and cause a motorist to brake to avoid accident ... ...means i got signal but not long enough ??? and on the day what he told me was a car and i didnt see any bike around me .....

motorist = covers both car and bikes, its a generic word.

I tihnk if i am you, i will argue till the cows come home as motorist braking can be due to many reason.

Ask for the number plate of the "motorist" that jam brake? I think they just anyhow say got "motorist" jam brake? :giddy:

depends from officers to officers.

if they notice the brake lights, they usually can 'notice' the vehicle number.
