Guys, whats the capacity of the YP250 MKII fuel tank?

I seem to be able to go another 40+km after the needle went below the red line, still pump 11km to the brim..

Anyone knows what is the OTR price for a new 250cc Majesty?

Also, what is the difference between the Grand and C model?

Is Hong Leong the only place to get?

Majesty C otr is $10600

Grand majesty in singapore only have 400cc. 250 is not available.

Grand majesty is alum alloy frame, majesty c is steel tube

GM is efi, MC is carb

GM is dohc, MC is sohc

GM is 4v, MC is 2v

GM is 198kg for all models 250 and 400.

MC is 157kg.

GM is longer MC is around the same length as x9

Personnelly I think the Majesty C looks better than grand. Just personal.

12.5 litre.

Mk2 has 1 litre extra fuel capacity than my MK I previously.

Thanks alot.

I didnt know that there is so much difference between the Grand and Classic.

$10600 is abit on the high side for a 250cc scoot, IMO.

But I like the fact that it have lots of custom stuff.

Do you think that other motortiam will bring the 250 Grand in?

I dont think that Hong Leong is interested.

Woo, so I'm not utilizing all the extra capacity then.

With my average fuel consumption, should be able to go around 350km before it runs dry... I'm now refueling at 300km, didn't dare to go further.

don't think so unless singapore change the 2B class policy to 250cc/.....

anyway OTR $10600 for that is consider quite cheap liao..... cos compared to the Forza that was brought in, if i not wrong it's abt the price of a silverwing..... which explain why none of s'pore bikeshop are willing to bring in other models like Yamaha Maxam and Honda Forza X/Z.......:weep:

understand that the price for it is btn 10-15k for the machine price only.........

Don't think u will bother with the 250. cos the price is like 3 k diff.

beside at 198KG, for both models U will be better off getting the 400.

Well, I don't own any of the majesty.

But I will say depends on what u want.

Personally I prefer Majesty C 250. It seems to suits my requirement.

Parts are abundant. Smaller size and lighter than grand majesty.

Looks wise is personal. I prefer MC to GM.

Technology on MC is more traditional and classic. THis is something that I reckon that any bike shop can fix. Parts are less sofisticated too.

Gm on the other hand got lesser worries when comes to things like air fuel mixture. Cos it's EFi. GM have more compartments, Bigger.

The aluminium alloy frame is more resistance to rust.

Reviews from MC 250..from owner-

I have been riding the bike for 6 months plus

1)Very comfortable ..I always feel excited when I am going to ride my own bike

Factor of comfort

-Big Seat

-Handling (I dun have a box and the bike is already light)

- 250cc

- Traffic Jam can squeeze like nobody business

- When I look at my bike I feel happy

:cheeky:

2)$$$

-A 2A bike road tax and insurance nearly same as 2B

-Fuel consumption so far @ 27-30KM/litre

- Last 6 months no problem at all...only go bike shop for service and this bike you dun have to pay for filter.

3)Accessories

- A lot of accesories for this bike you just have to know where to get it.

Cons:

1)Can whack up to 120km/hr down slope 130km/hr (I do not know if I need some mod)

2)Accesories..some time the wait can be very long

future plans...if got money

Hi peeps. Just got me a Majesty C with some bling-bling on it. Although, I dont know how to access the digital display menus except for the Clock, Voltmeter & Temperature readings. I know it can also display the bikes gas consumption BUT i dont know how to do the combinations of the 2 buttons on the dash... Anyone?!?! Or if anyone knows a downloadable ENGLISH manual on the net, that would be great.. Thankx in advance.

Bro, Yes, it is mine. Got the Bling-blings all the way from Japan. The front Cowl ran me $100USD & the Rear backrest w/ grab bars I was fortunate enough to find it from a surplus shop in Tokyo. Also ran me another $100USD but well worth the price of admition.... Here's another angle shot.

Anyone with the infos I could use?!?!

Wa.. makes the Forzas look plain!

Where did you get your floor done? My 'carpets' have shrunk, so they don't fit at all.

Locally Fabricated by a ride buddy. He makes em for the other makes like Sym, Kymco as well. They ran me $60USD since mine were custom made & coz Majesties & Forzas are not your usual Scoots you find in our streets. Still cheap considering that the onesfrom Japan, based on my Jap Catalogs, cost over $100USD.
