yes, iPhone is made in China but it's a product of US... if that is the case, y people don't just buy China iPhone which is of cus cheaper?

 

FYI, iphone are 100% made in china. it's the QC that apple imposed on the manufacturer that made it good.

Bike trip of the life time. Do once only.

 

hee hee. Given myself at least 3 weeks. Max 1 month. Purposely chosen a class 2b bike to maneuver thailand road condition easily and for ease of maintenance up north. I know travelling on north south highway gonna be a ***** for me. But upon clearing malaysia to thailand. Kups rules. thailand road condition cannot go too fast. Most to most 120-140km/h. Too many unforseen circumstances.

 

this is a hell valuble experience if u really conquer it lo! u had gained my respect!

anyway, u can like break the NSHW journey up into 2 days or more if you think it overkill for u to reach sadao in 1 day on ur x1r... cheers!

Ya. Probably break the trip into two days. I went to muar two weeks before. Hahaha......Lost feeling of the backside after travelling almost 400km (to and fro). On the other hand, its a blady damn good feel and achievement if i reach hatyai in just one day, you know. The winner 'i done it' feeling.

 

Plan was

 

1. Hit up to ipoh on day 1

2. From ipoh all the way to hatyai on day 2

Yep. When my friends say i crazy. I told them slow and steady, i will reach my destination. Long before the birth of those power tourer, kups already rule the land liao. Now i am looking for things to let my backside sit. Swimming float is a good one. The other one is those beaded seat. Those car drivers use. I thought thats pretty awesome.

i also agree that this plan is one of the best route trip for class 2b bikes...

dun over push yourself and end up in another thing la bro...

since u r going on such trip and had fully prepared for long leaves, might as well break Malaysia route trip into two days and enjoy the "nar choi gei" there lo...

During my muar trip, when i stopped at pagoh with my friend, there were a big group of malaysian kups resting. The moment i parked my bike and rest. They swarmed over to see. For once i thought i am going to be involved in daylight robbery. Phew...

if u intending to stay 1 night in Malaysia, do look for a decent hotel...

Ipoh do have pretty some decent hotels around...

for mine, it doesn't...

 

but what you said is normal becus when your battery is of the normal level or lower than 100% healthy, when u start your bike up, your startor need to draw enough electric power to power up your bike...

this process may need to draw more current...

hence when the ECU detects that it needs to do such, it will shut off your meter and any necessary current drawing applications around to power up your bike...

my explanation might be bad but it should be roughly like this la...

 

of cus, if your battery is of a very healthy level, you will not encounter this...

on my previous fz6 for 1 year 3 months, it's still going very strong in terms of current, voltage, electrolyte, cranking power, etc etc etc...

cus i do regular battery maintenance...

now on my fz1, 1 more week to 3 months old, it's still very strong too... i did twice battery maintenance including one of it is re-conditioning...

i would suggest u go do a re-condition if u never did anything to it before... it really helps a lot...

yes bro... ideally it is annually for normal usage...

but if one do regular maintenance, such battery should be able to last for at least 2-3 years, 4-5 years if it's really a perfect maintenance, according to specs records...

anyway, a battery do show signs if it has weaken or not with or without maintenance...

sometimes it's too chim to explain everything out here...

i rather leave the talkings to the battery experts... lol...
