alot of fz riders here put side box.. can ask them for more info.. exhaust, depends on what brand you like..

Hey guys, those have volt meter, can tell me u'r voltage reading when u on the move?? Any of u having 14.30V ??

mine nv exceeds 13.8. but then again. mine is not accurate, when i turn on my ignition is about 11.4.

hmmm... for me...

 

12.5v > turn ignition on

11.0v > cranking

14.0v > engine start & idling (no headlights)

13.5v > engine start & idling w headlights

14.5v > running on the road

 

all above, it's +/- 0.2v...

when on crank, i think reduced until 10+ then increase till 12+.. when bike is hot, sometimes its 11.4.

definitely. but i wont base on the voltmeter we install as an accurate gauge. use those proper gauges you can get from shops (mustafa have) to get a reading direct from battery.
