the place not bad lah.

most lecturers are good.

came across a few lousy ones though, but i don't think they are around anymore.

 

for those wanting to study at mdis, i must warn you.

their admin is real screw up one. payment, exam results, timetables, classrooms......all can screw up

for the past 1 year i had 4-5 course co-ordinators already, every few months change one. its not that they change department or what. all of them resigned. so what do u think of the work environment there?small wonder that anything also can screw up.

 

but for those studying there, pls do not be alarmed. usually the screw ups are very minor. just concentrate on your course work. the lecturers are usually good and very expreienced.

hello..

 

i'm studying there too.. part time Dip in Mass Comm.. OCU..

 

so far service was ok.. hav experienced lousy ones.. but usually rectified..

 

course wise.. quite good.. lecturers also so far good..

MDIS is like my tertiery education man.. since Proff Cert to Dip.. since 2001.. till now.. LOL.. :sweat:

 

wah.. no i look back .. been with MDIS for quite long alredy.. :sweat:

interesting but depends on which programme u referring to .. evening or day..

 

day one more younger crowds.. evenings.. working adults.. mine is evening .. the lecturers so far so good.. but ever came across lousy ones.. easy.. just mass write in or complain to the management.. they will cahnge immediately for u.. but sometimes the admin can still be quite kok up one.. i ever kena one course coordinator.. very lousy.. no initiative.. but now after so many neg feedback.. she did improve... yr luck la..

 

now mdis got their own studio and stuff at the HQ.. no need to write in or struggle to get a studio visit.. tho i'd still prefer the real visit .. heheh.. present batch of students more fortunate... future ones even better.. came out in newspaper some time back they gona have their own building.. tink they took over one ite bldg or sumthing.. no more islandwide centres...

 

but i still trust mdis more than other pte schools.. maybe personal preference.. *shrugs*
