recently there's a lot of road works, esp around west side. after they dig n cover back, they leave those humps. worst part if the dig was straight, that part of road becomes like plank course. if u fall off and kenna the uneven line, u might fell ur bike. u take the left side, cars might cut into ur lane, u take the right side, scared kenna bua by approaching traffic. thus that lane become almost un-usable to bikers.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

Minorly uneven:

AMK Ave 1, after CTE, towards Bishan - long diagonal stretch across 3 lanes!

AMK Ave 3, near Industrial Park 2 - dug along the road on left most lane and very shoddy work in patching back. works still on going - sandy and plenty of debris...

Marrymount Ln - lousy patching back = bumpy lor...

Majorly uneven:

Paya Lebar Road, near PIE - Circle Line works... u know how BAD it is if u've ridden there...

Farrer Road - Circle Line works (?) twisty road + bumpy + metal cover = power combination... bonus if raining...

Thank for the information, when I was travelling there, I though there is sometime wrong with my suspension as the section of evenless is very long.

Anyway after travelling there I check my rear tire and found it to has uneven wear. I then change the tire. Thought that the reason for the bumpy travel.:giddy:

yah... but certain part (before or after) the resurfacing, still kinda bumpy. the other side also. hopefully they are doing it part by part and get it done soon. if not, gotta endure it day in day out.

add down :

westcoast highway (before flyover) : constructions works + twisted road and lots of metal cover which is not done properly.

beware when it's wet..

westcoast highway (flyover) : somewhere on the left lane , connector between 2 bridage is not done properly.

* might get a flat/puncture if you roll over with high speed + lots of left over metal dropped by trucks which is heading to the keppel.
