I was wondering if all of us can create a list of roads where speed cameras installed so that everyone knows about them and can control speeds at those points.

What i can suggest is to buy a Garmin Nuvi or Zumo series GPS. You can download the, amongst others, ERP Gantry, Red Light Cams, Road Speed Limit information, and the GPS will prompt you when you are in the vicinity.

 

These lists are being updated almost every month, and it's free.

why control speed only when there r speed cameras?

if need to speed, try to keep speed exceeding 20km/h of designated speed. For your own safety and also to other road user.
