indeed, the bike feels like very strong on the pickup....even clifford mentioned that b4 but i forgot to tell him abt my teeth sprocket thing....top speed, i never tried cos never had a chance to run so far....but based on previous owner, he cleared the meter and was clocking his speed with a R6, and speed was seeing 240km/hr....rpm was at 15.5k and still going strong....

 

don't know how it feels but sounds really fast......

at what gear and what speed? what's your rpm? maybe rev cut?

hey guyzz.... hav any 1 installed power abuser 2 on ur rvf.... n wats grounding meant 4.... n how much does it cost... i thought grounding n rewiring is the same rite...

the speed you see on your speedo and the rpm you see on your tacho will always be tied together. if you are seeing 110km/h at 7k rpm, you will always see these 2 values no matter what sprocket ratio you are using

 

your actual speed however, should you be clocked by another bike, speed trap etc will be different.

 

bike speed is not from the engine. neither is it from the wheel.

the speed sensor is located near the front sprocket. as long as your rear wheel is spinning, your rear sprocket spinning, your chain rotating, your front sprocket spinning, the speed sensor detects your speed. while travelling, if you off your engine, your speedo doesn't show zero does it?

Hi there zod, you have got rear afams rite? Juz wanna ask if the words "afam" on the rear sprocket is facing left or right if im behind looking at the rear wheel. Mines facing the right

have a qns here.

my fren bought a RVF few days back with

freebies including a change of HEL brake hose.

 

but the mech told him can't change the rear line coz

its too 'short'.

onli front lines can be changed.

 

is it true?

But then, rear doesn't make much of a difference anyway.
