Caused the accident? How? As of what i know, the white walls are wedged with the tire n rims. Cant see how it can run out.

 

But then again, in BKK they also have the original whitewall tyres. Dunno how much but i think much cheaper compared to here in SG

I hardly post anything but i recently have travelled to bangkok for biz trip and came across the white stick-ons for the tyres. You dun have to change the whole wheel. Just need to buy the white portion. Cost between 800-1000 baht a pair. So anyone heading over to BKK again and go look for them. Very easy to install too.

Its at Chok Chai Lat Phrao. I cant remember which Soi it is. Name of the shop, Dr Bike.. Pretty good shop for mods. I get my mods from them.

add-on is white rubber flap to insert between tyre and rim..

 

it is ok for bigger cruisers with spoke rims and inner-tube.

 

but some cruisers (especially honda phantom) with sport rim (tube-less tyre) might lose air while riding if the white-wall is not inserted properly.

Well.. i get my mod parts from him at times during my biz trip over there.. His website most of the time down. And all in thai too. What u can do is maybe give me a text and let me know wat u lookin for then see if i can drop by there my next trip and order from them or not lor. Bro.. u can get the original White Wall Tires at Choong Aik. They carry them. But size u have to see if got stock or not also. they should have some to spare as not many ppl know u can buy them there.. OOPPPS.. now everyone else knows.. hahaaha

If your rim is 15in, it can fit. Like what Kmax highlight, is prefer to install it at tube rim.

I use it on my 400cc dragstar classic, so far no problem. (more than 2 yrs)

It washable too.
