That's great Gary! Anyways, no worries, I too didn't make it down thanks to all the rain last week.

 

When I have my raincoat top and bottom with me, it doesn't rain. When I decide not to carry them with me, that's it, all heaven lets loose! Haha

 

How's the rebuilding coming along? I just did my 100,000km servicing at Planet Motors. List of things done-

 

1. Oil filter

2. Air filter

3. Engine oil

4. Sparkplugs

5. Coolant

6. Brake pads.

 

Ah Chong said by the sound of my engine it sounds just fine. Although I would love to get a valve clearance done soon.

Market price hard to say.... I got mine at 1.9k, coe2017, quite alot of wear and tear to take care of. Spent about 1.5k to replace many things.

Maintenance cost is similar to super4. Maybe a bit less.

Market rate really depends on the condition of the bike. Maintenance is almost zero except for the obvious basic few things.

Hey man! Guan Hoe at Rangoon road can bring in almost anything. As long as its on the catalogue. You can try the sungei kadut scrapyards and even eBay.

Just replaced the IU, air filter and speedometer cable, still left fuel cock/spark plug cap.

 

I owned your 868 before selling to csv
