wat a day to end....my vee brokedown at jalan kayu ard 7pm..with raindrops falling on my head....found out my battery flat....manage to hitch a ride from my members to buy new battery at planet moto...lucky ah chong closed late....fixed back a new battery on my vee n back at home ard 10 pm.....just wandering wat its a lifespan of vee battery??n do i need to changed the rectifier??as i also did on my super4...(11yrs riding on it)

do an on/off switch for ur headlight....then off ur headlight before u start ur engine....only on after u move off...

 

i had the same problem...spend more than 800+ changing from battery, rectifier and the coil...same problem occur..

after having the switch....the batt is always above 13.5v..

i cannot explain the relationship with the headlight...but it just works :thumb:

hai guys,just a update of my vee again..my vee brokedown again at TPE as im going to werk in the morning(just change bateri on thursday nite)....wait for bikebulance for 2hrs to tow back to planet motor...

 

Find out my coil koyak already..they open up my bike n show me the coil...yup one of the coil got burned...n cost me a boom town charlie..405bucks....haiz..one after another...After a reminder from al simmons, i managed to make a switch for my headlite..

 

Just a reminder for dose havent change ur battery or coil,be prepared to fork out ur $$...

has any1 fitted XJ900P Diversion (TP bike) handlebar on strom b4? would it "fit" without any drillings for the switches?

my handlebar is warped after the drop. sigh
