Actually, the V-Strom 650 quite easy to reverse leah.

 

Surprisingly, it's easier than my 125cc scooter =)

 

But getting up and off is a faff and tipping over is a problem too. At stationary, when I have to tip-toe, the weight of the bike can throw me off centre, and I may risk dropping the bike =(

 

the bike is meant to be drop..... but install crash bar n pannier bracket before u do it eventually

Is a V-strom that high seating? If i can tip over a GSA means I should not have problem with v-strom right?

 

there a lot of cushion in the strom seat . u can cut them to hug your butt n inseams

 

the stom is quiet a handful in the hand of an inexperience rider-

 

it takes a RICH man to master the GSA

 

you only needs to be just a MAN to handle the strom

Or is it just Dangerous ?

Hi, I am a newbie to vstrom and just got my wee less than a month ago... Bike did not come with any top box, so I use back my old E52 with givi base plate. What I did was to make a 5mm thick aluminum plate to go below the wee rack to secure the givi base plate. Didn't cost me any money :) I see whether later I can go take pic of it.

Hello to every vstrom trooper there, I got a K7 wee recently. Looking forward to attend the next gathering to appreciate your experince on bike and riding.

 

At same time I am willing to clear the OEM foot peg and full system exhaust pipe to make money and room for new accessories.

 

2 front peg, Part# 43501-06G01. one back peg only, Part #43600-12B00, will go with the front peg.
