those are nice sites bro..

wats the diff wif stebel nautilus horns and the magnum horns?

apparently ive come across alot of this nautilus on our bikes..

 

oh and do anybody noe where i can get risers? the one which extends upwards and towards the rider..

i'm always into meeting up with all the stroms...but sad to say everyone seems to be busy with their own work...

if even 1 hour of meeting up to have coffee is so much trouble....planning a big ride 3-5 days will be more troublesome...

 

Yeah people. If wana plan All-Strom rides must at least meet up to discuss leave plans/route plans/destination plans and all that. The last ride 4 V-Stroms to HatYai I thought was very good already. Why not try another weekend ride before attempting a 2 week ride too ambitious.

 

Tuesdays 10PM GP top-up sessions is a good venue to discuss.....

nautilus horns are much much much much louder....

 

risers got a few brands...

SW Motech, Touratech, cheap ones...expensive ones.....can choose which one you like...

can do a search on Ebay or the ever reliable rapidforum...a lot of questions are answered there...

whoa nice risers.. i like the fact tat it's not fixed and can customise to ur liking..

im getting backaches frm 2 hr ride, need to do sumthing abt it..

 

hus: u gt ur givi screen? apparently i ordered my givi bars, screen and rack n need to wait 4-6 mths..

no...i think i getting the ceebaileys...cos the screen need to wait long long...

unless u order online i think can get earlier but a bit more ex...

i kinda like the way it extends up to the fairing and down to the engine block..

while the h&b juz covers the fairing and the motech covers juz the block..

 

altho i read abt the vibrating issues which break the mounting points on the givi bars but so far no such case in sg, only in europe and states..

 

anyway bro, how much was ur rox?

it's a Saturday..

 

Route Map

Basically it's more of riding and enjoying the curvy road along route 3 (Coastal route). Have not estimated the total mileage. Should be close or more than 1000km.

2/3 of the journey is on Highway, so won't be problem to cover that in time.

 

Tentative itenery. Might have last minute changes depends on the majority.

 

0800 hrs - Meet up beside the coast after JB customs

1000 hrs - Pekan (Breakfast cum Lunch)

1300 hrs - First RnR in East West Highway (towards Karak)

1500 hrs - Genting Sampah RnR

1600 hrs - Bukit Tinggi (Sightseeing)

1830 hrs - Sungai Besi RnR (Dinner)

2215 hrs - Machap RnR

2330 hrs - Gelang Patah RnR

 

Currently on the list

 

Strommers:

1) Al-Simmons

2) private_asylum

3) desmokat

4) xanc

 

There will be other bikes, RT1100, GS1200, TDM, RSV. Average speed on highway is 130-140km/h and 90-100km/h on federal route. Most bikes will be able to do more than 250km in one tank. Those need to make extra stops will have to do on their own and meet at the next stop. Any other details and suggestion can contact me.
