Thanks to those who turned out for the trip yesterday. Not easy to get a lot of strommers together for a trip although it's a short one.

Good experience picked up especially during the ride at trunk road thanks to Fastforward n buddies.

 

Mamaqye, private_asylum, desmokat, cstay, runner, byteblock, xanc >>> hope to see u guys again in further strommers meet up.

hahaha yea guys.extraordinary to see so many stroms together,

just like when we first gathered with the vara125.

it was good fun,next time i won't bring the bloody big panniers if we're doing many corners! :thumb:

always keep a lookout for other riders on the road at NSH especially if you are riding above 200...

 

if you have overtaken other smaller bikes, the rider could have gotten one hell of a shock and lose control...luckily the strommie din even twitch, saw ur lights from far already.. :cool:

Luckily my Vstrom can only do 200 km/h and I m not riding a sportbike .... if not sure blast back and gave chase ..

 

Wait until i fixed NOS into my engine :angry:

u might want to swap the SV1000 engine or TL1000S/R engine to the strom, lower the fork a bit and there u have it....no problem going above 200 :)

Was quite amazing actually. Everything fell into place and Tioman was great! Then on the way back we rushing rushing and I left both my & GF passport in Tioman. In the end call here call there finally got our passports back somehow, but delayed until 8PM plus then started ride back to S'pore. Suddenly heavy rain PLUS Strommy exhaust macham blocked, engine keep stalling. I rode at

think only sv engine mounting can fix.. tls one they said cant. :D me wanted to do so lor. but cant find one.. hehe!!!

Selling v-strom

 

Details are as follows:

 

After market windshield

Just change rear tyre, brake pade new , Brandnew DID X ring chain and spocket front back

After market handguard

Comes with main stand added on.

K & N Air filter

Stebel Horn

Did up rewiring for lighting replace all fuse plus check all electrical wiring connection

Clutch basket replaced

Givi crash bar

Givi top box with givi metal rack

New mirrors original suzuki mirror

AT handlebar

BMW throttle grip

 

Selling due to downgrading.

Selling at $8500 without number plate as number will be retain to the next bike.

Tabung Amal Aidilfitri (TAA) is a charity campaign which is held every year during the fasting month. You may want to know more about them and surf their site at http://www.taa.org.sg

 

Every year, different bike models group together and ride in mass convoy legally. Suprisingly no dirtbikes nor supermotos were seen. Here, I would like to urge you guys from the scrambler community be involved in the following charity event. The event have not been confirmed yet until further notice. I would like to see a show of response for those who is interested in the mass riding event. So that we could at least on behalf of our community in supporting the event.

hey there anybody has any recomendations for a handel bar, i`m looking for 1 thats around the same height and width as the orginal one for the v storm 1000 k7 and from where? Also anyone has a leo vince for this bike? How much? Where from? i would be thankful for any advice.
