230/270 for me... but im S1 tho... used to pump 250/290 but i heard from my friend no need pump to max... so i pump less lor... anyways, i think it depends on what tyre you using also... me use M1...

everytime i go pump my tyre i will notice my rear tyre starting figure is lesser than 220.. i usually pump 300 to rear... i try to pump like twice a week

this happen everytime after i pillion someone... could this be due to rear tyre going to up lorry liao?

pump 300 at rear is too much already...

ur chain guard ask u to pump max also 290 if im not wrong but tats japan set-up. in sg ur tyre will heat up higher than in japan so 250-260 is decent enough. remember hot air expands.

even my cbr1000 180 rear i also pump 275-280 only...

u over-pumped already.

when the air inside is too full n u ride the tyre will comfirm heat up and the expanded air will find places to escape, resulting in constant leaks sooner or later...

bro .. the maximum tire preasure is stated on the sidewalls of ure tires go. look for it.. and is usually stated in like 42 psi max cold. and also pump ure tires when they are cold .. not after a long ride ..

for ure chain rite.. go buy a bottle of GT85 can get at mustafa.. spray it on a piece of cloth .. den wipe ure chain ..

never pump more than max pressure(cold) printed on your tyre wall(side).

never pump when tyres r hot, i.e. not after a riding, let it cool down (wait for 5~10mins).

general guide for tyre air pressure:

front 80% of max.

rear 90% of max.

230 (f) 280 ® with pillion ok.. but corner dun too aggressive.. the rear too much air.. if riding alone let out some air.. to 250-260 wld be just nice..

u guys can jus try various air pressure.. like this wk u try 230/250.. ride for 1wk see the feedback.. u find u wan better mileage.. pump more air to ur tyre.. if u like corner more either maintain or lower abit.. if u always corner u will noe.. where during cornering ur bikes jump due to too much air in tyre.. then u can try reducing air n try again.. til u get ur desired pressure..

i like to pump 200f 230r when i wanna play corner often.. haha.. tat pressure suits my weight, bike setting, etc best..
