Guess what! The rear tyre cost me $90 evrything in. Seriously, I feel that DURO tyre too hard. No road grip. But last longer due to its hard rubber compound.

nice where but is the rear is more importent for dragster? it seems that the front wear out faster then the rear , so is it wise to get the harder type compound for the front? Lately having trouble finding screws size 8 for the head light . anyone know where to get the Original screws?

Try the auntie shop beside LAB.. They have a few selections on headlights & foglights.. They have the necessary brackets also..

I think it costs between $80 - $200 depending on the design you choose..

Bullet shape I think is imported from Thailand.. Check out if madman has stock for it..

Cheers.. :p

U can get any types of screws from the shop opposite LAB behind the MSCP.

Even when I went Yamaha, couldn't get the screws, they sold me the only 1 screw and told me to try getting it from the shop stated.

Yup.. That's right.. $80 - $200 is for the bracket, wiring, a pair of fog lights & workmanship..

If you wanna get it done, wait for me bro.. I'm thinking of getting a pair of fog lights for my newly acquired cruiser too.. We can drop by the shop together to negotiate the price since we'll be getting 2 bikes done...

How about that? Can PM me if you're interested..

Cheers dude..

hi guys,

its me again.

i really do wanna put fog light for my bike,

but after this morning i went to msia,

i source out another bike shop tat sell (heavy duty) fog light.

the difference is tat it made of real metal and the cover for the bulb is made of real glass, unlike those, usually make of plastic metal.

its abit of expensive though,rm140 for 1 fog light.

altogether it costs about rm300 for the full installation.

tat shop did sell those normal kind of fog light too,

i already check out the price and he said it cost rm120.

I heard it was around $90. Pickup wise, will deteriorate but the long & higher end improves for distance...

heh...I'm happy with my 150km/h. To even drag it till 140km/h, I feel my heart ache...

why do U need it to run so fast?

It's a cruiser bike..

DragStar's comfortable riding speed is around 110km/h. Being at 150km/h, it's already terribly stressed. Hope U dun pop ur bike someday...

yeah, don't push your bike beyond it's limits. As Sovereign mentioned, the engine could pop. Although you can "overclock" it by removing the speed delimiter, it's NOT recommended.

The fastest I've gone on my Dragstar Classic is 140km/h on the highway. It was very stressful for the engine. All the shaking from the wind, made me maintain it at that speed.

I dunno. Really.

Back to my advice on removing the speed delimiter, it will kill your engine a lot faster.
