Hello,

Any of you guys planning to change tyre b4 the trip?

My front tyre botak already!!!

Where can get cheap?

Can try Unique Motorsports at Autobay (Kaki Bukit)

But it's cheaper to change both front and back.

All XJRers are potential members.

It's either they are shy, too busy etc.

I dunno, but for whatever reason I'm really hoping the club could expand bit by bit. :)

Currently, Im on a project for my bike to mount Hella Fog Lights (Micro DE). One big problem was that I didn't know how or where to mount the HUGE switch.

http://www.expeditionexchange.com/hella/DSC08581.jpg

After scouring for answers, I found a suitable small box I bought at Sim Lim Tower for abt $2 to mount the switch and finally mount this box on my bike. Below are the steps i did to create this "switch box".

The other switches are for my other items Im planning to mount on the bike.

Time Taken :

1) The Items

2) The Holes: I used heated screws (from a candle) and forced the hot screws through the plastic. I did not have access to a drill set so this was my best and fastest option. Result is not pretty but it gets the job done.

3)Insert the switches to test the diameter of the holes

4) From the Inside

5) COmpleted

Next will be the wiring and the rest of the stuff.

any kind souls can tell me wats the consumption for XJR 400?

thank you !

best i got is 23 Km/L, average 21 to 22 - FX plate, 42K Km.

Might be better if I change clutch plates and tune up.

i dunno wat is the consumption per KM, but mine can go up to 400KM per full tank (no revving, no excessive speeding). Just early this month, I clocked 413KM for my full tank when it hit reserve.

Do ur math lah. :) FW plate.

I think it's best you ask your shop's mechanic for his suggestion.

Because different people have different preference.

Sorry can't be of much help here.
