Track Day in Singapore - 24 Sep 2006 (Sun)

but in comparison kallang is only $100 if im not wrong correct?

but a normal track day cost $80 seems like a bit not very proportional lei...

jus my 2 cents....

actually pretty looking forward wan but abit dissapointed ah...

Registration is now open from 12 Sep to 22 Sep 2006.

 

Pls register early to avoid disappointment as no of participants for each class is limited.

Registration is now open from 12 Sep to 22 Sep 2006.

 

Tming for the track day will be a whole day event from 9am - 6pm.

 

Layout of the track will be something like the PA ride 4 those who had ridden or seen before during the last Police week, but different layout, of course. Details will be available once I have them.

Hi, to all participants,

 

There had been some confusion with the payment.

 

Pls take note that payment is by the no. of class which u participate, ie. if u take part in multi classes like SM + 4 stroke = $80 x 2 class of event.

 

Likewise if u are just taking part in 1 class ie, 4 stroke = $80 only.

 

Pls also do bring also your SMSA license on the track day to avoid delays in yr practice sessions.

Some more info:

 

Marshalls are provided.

 

Ambulance is provided.

 

Track day will be classified in 4 groups: A, B, C, D

 

Each ride is 20 mins.

 

Only Green & Red Flag. Green = go. Red = Stop & come back.

 

Pls do not forget to bring your smsa membership card.

 

Be at the venue at 9am to register.

sorry to say this but the track day suck.. the organiser arent organise at all.. and the track is a no no to make a track day.. wif LOTSA sand,the tar is not meant for riding.. and the guys keep changing bike like no body business..

 

its nt fair for those who had pay for 3 catogery...

 

if the track is going to be use for the next kallang race i'm sure many will back..there's so much better places that u can do...instead of the horrible carpark..

 

for those who ride or attend the track day feel free to post ur comments so that the oragniser will look into it...

 

and seriously it NOT worth the 80bucks..

hMmM..well agree wt our bro skazuz at certain pioints...actually satisfied me..coz can ride for like 1 hr+ la...but yea true..*some* keep on changin bike..n its not fair...++the surface was..HahahHaha DANGEROUS almost all fall...except some..marshall??not enough..need to have at all corners..coz if a rider falls the other rider coming dont know...can be dangerous...yest allot!!luckily all escape unhurt..which is good..but heard nxt yr goin to upgrade the place..to make it bigger/more safety...is it true?? but well...if its were to be like this again..make the entry lower abit..coz its not worth it..sorry:smile: aniway appreciate it..can see smsa tryin hard to help local riders...than few yrs back..

The track surface is indeed veri veri bad... Not enough tentages also a prob too. But overally, good try. Hope the next (if there's any) track day be a better one. Hope for a lower price too. cheers

yes if SMSA or any orgniser who's gonna make a track day pls plan out properly in terms of tentage,safety,marshall,track surface,track lay out....

 

 

And thanks for making this track day happened..at least u guys did try something out..although its not up to expectation...
