after abstaining myself from actively posting in sbf for almost 3 years, i'm back. all due to my newly owned drz! hahaha

got my machine last week. first hand. now running in at 700km.

drz is so fun to ride unlike my previous rides (nsr150sp, rvf and spark). i still keep my spark though for transport purpose.

just only yesterday was at UM doing my first eo change, oil filter, jd jettings, 3x3, pair removal, signals, tail light and mirrors.

i reckon, for drz's case, there's no end to "pimp my ride".

hope to see you guys soon.

is it me or its just the bike...

cruising at 100 seems to be pushing the bike too hard..

the handlebars vibrate like crazy.

some funny ringing noise coming from the clutch side of engine.

i just had this bike for 3 days and i'm feeling abit sad.

Perhaps your mindset should change and accept that you are now riding a thumper.

"cruising at 100", to me, is a little bit too much for a single cylinder bike. Yes, the bike can go fast but it's oy for short straights at a track but npw for our highways. Try riding at 85 - 90 and have short bursts of accelerations in betwn eg. Squeezing in between cars. it's much more fun and you'll appreciate the bike more. :)

Being a thumper, vibrations are common. :)

easton is so fat.. the price consider reasonable compared to its size..

why motomaster?? IMO, get 320mm braking disc with relocator if you wanna upgrade brakes.. motomaster still 310mm unless you like its orange colour..
