must see if the stock carb got jet before...

I used JD kit, replaced the main jet with 155, and i getting around 25km/L.

previously when i used the 160 MJ, i only getting 20km/l...

but if urs is truly stock, and u not even achieving 25km/l, something is wrong somewhere...

i never believe in riding gently on a scram, scrams are meant to be used and abused.

BTW, is B/2T sufficient for Zees?

I also ride slow, 80 to 90 km/h on high way.... sometimes 70++ km/h, does that make me an uncle??? :cheeky:

I will join tomorrow night out if there is any, I will contact biting_point to get the details later...

True True, besides riding style, there are too many factors to consider a fair comparison. Weight, load, fuel type, exhaust system, tyre Pressure, sprocket size to name a few..

So anyone experimented with both B/2T and B/3T? Is there a significant difference? I quote the site, "Each B/2T will treat 10 litres of fuel". I'm thinking it should be sufficient for stock tanks and I can save some dollars for other accessories =p

Hey undead, I asked several shops for their prices, all in the Ubi, Kaki Bukit area.. Last I checked was a month ago, before I bought mine. FZ/FBA 8-9k, FBA/FBB 9-10.5k FBC/FBD 10-11.5k But NOTE: Those are merely quotations, they don't have ready stock for 2/H Zees =7

to save fuel you can go many approaches.. but most simple way to save fuel is to throttle gently and cruise at lower speeds.. besides saving fuel, you are also saving your license from demerit points..!! :cheeky:

B/2T will be enough.. I got the B/2T because B/3T cannot squeeze into my tank.. our stock tank is 10L..

better check whether ur pilot jet has been changed or still using stock.

I was surprised tat only my main jet has been changed after going to another mech.

After changing pilot jet which matches the main jet and some tuning, my drz performance +++

:o guess i gonna try one full tank next time cruising at low speed + throttling gently. see how high the FC can go w/ 5T broquets w/o 5 and with just 2. hehe if not much difference can consider letting go of all 5 or 3 liao.
