Think I'm not the Max the question was directed to, but the shop you're referring to opp TP HQ is Johnson sticker shop. Very established sticker shop in the car scene here. No harm paying them a visit. Their work is top notch.

The day u leave the scene will be a very sad one for me. Almost everything i know u've taught me. Ur the reason why i got into DIY-ing. Hell, ur one of the reasons why i chose to ride an Aprilia(my trolling here before i got my bike made me realise that we have a wonderful community here, and is one of the major reasons why i chose the RS125) But of course, i understand where ur coming from. Yes 7 years is a long time, and i truly believe no one here is fit enough to replace u or make the same contributions. I for one have very little patience for repetitive noobish questions. But u have been the one who tirelessly AND endlessly answers the same old questions. Ur contributions to the community will never be forgotten, and i personally really appreciate what u have done, for all of us, and also for me on a personal level.

Mr Lawrence, i salute u!

ps dun leave the scene so soon la.i have yet to go riding with u. My bikes gona be ready really really soon. lets ride one day =)

bromance or wurtttt!!!! =p

It's so sad to see that Aprilia is running out of ideas for bikes.. First was the rebodied Derbi GPR 125 to be Aprilia RS4 125.. Now, they just change the badge of a Gilera Nexus 300 to Aprilia SR Max 300..

Its just a change of the badge. Same 'factory'. Just like toyota and lexus. if u buy aprilia ori spares, u'll see piaggio badges on it as well.

SMSA BRS round 3 ...

Aprilia RS125 position 10th,11th and 14th...

Botak, need u back in the scene..completely overwhelmed by KRs, we need Aprilia riders at grid start, wacking the throttle not wacking on keyboards... desperate act? hahahaha still a frickking 2 year old immatured kid completely clueless about the bike scene n hoping to go around carrying other riders balls to boost his credentials..

desperate (if that is terms as desperate) or not? you wont have the guts to take to the track .. talking or sud i say gossiping n *****ing abt it during meet ups are gay stuff, prove yourself WALK THE TALK! im waiting n waiting but stilll the wacking of keyboard is preferred then the wacking of throttle but what the heck ,im advise to ignore and alienate as once theres any signs of trouble, sure call police,,hahaha coward!

enough said...kinda of bored with all this *****ing in here,,very girlish like..

see u in round 4 ,,, on the track or in the paddock..

round 3.. we decided to lighten the Aprilia so a decision is to fit a front RS rim to the rear, was running on 110/110, rear hub was modded to fit the spocket..used 4 bolts (later discovered that 4 is not enough, they were slowly popping off during race n at times i lost drive outta of corner.will be putting up 6 bolts n hope its stronger),the whole rear brake system is removed to save weight....this project have been done before on RS125 racing in PG years ago.mech wants to try it out again so i let him be.. results. much higher cornering speed as bike is much lighter, now we have the weight loss, its the engine next.

sometimes its amazing how little ppl know yet keep posting shitloads of "cobra" poo here, hoping someone will believe his craps.. but it makes good reading for humour

Good Morning chaps,

Anyone wants to ride up to PG on thursday morning to watch Lawrence and Raj(vyruz) burn some rubber??

It's our boy Lawrence's birthday, so we could have a small celebration at PG. :)

If you're interested, let me know. Just a slow relaxing ride up, a small tour of the track conducted by yours truly.

Sorry, i wont be raising my hand to signal change to what gear etc. You gotta figure that out on your own. We wont be entering the track per say.

I'm a poor guy, cant afford to buy my own suit. :( Unlike a certain PERSON who makes use of the money he got when his dear mummy sold her house, I gotta pay for my own gear. Haiz, I'm so pathetic.

Well, let me know guys! We'll leave by 8plus and be back by 1plus latest.

Your friendly keyboard warrior signing off!! Hehe.

ANY FOOL CAN HOLD A TIGER BY THE BALLS, BUT IT TAKES A HERO TO KEEP ON SQUEEZING. And I am that f*cking hero...

yoz! the claimed 28bhp is not on the BBK.. its on a 125cc .. the 180cc block doesnt state any output claims because.... u be in for a surprise or a shocker on this one..

wont say much here till she pass the LTA stuff and all..

on the Moriwaki GP250..33bhp...hmmm thats actually the est claim bhp for a stock 250 4T bike which is not surprising if the Moto3 bikes are all running on the Honda CBR 250 single cylinder engine..i believe ultimately they will be tuned to a higher state depending on Moto3 rules..how many engine they are entitled throughout the whole season and how much power can the single cylinder takes before it expires. its an entirely new thing for all teams racing..the Moto2 teams running on 600 had the WSS for reference,Moto3 doesnt... Moto2 when first presented claim a modest 126-128 bhp while WSS bikes are putting out mid 130 plus bhp..the reason for it.. restriction of number of engine in a race season..

Wow! wondering how did they make 125cc 4 stroke gain 28HP..racing CDI? mind disclosing the link to the information source? guessing how much e price will be in sg...

"There also happens to be a ‘race kit’ for around £700 (€850, US$1150) which uses a new piston, barrel and camshafts to boost power to a much more respectable 25bhp" -ashonbikes

Adding $1150usd to the i expect expensive 125cc 4 stroke. And its 25 on the crank most likely which will mean less than that on the rear wheel. Its still less than a normal rs125 with a special race kit which will cost more than 1ksgd.

im willing to bet my bike that the rs4 125 will never see anything close to 25bhp at the wheel, even with all those bolt on mods, or with any mods for that matter. unless they're gona plonk in a whole different engine into the bike.

hehe the CDI restriction can be removed but i scare wait i did myself then CDI goes wrong then die liao.. haha..

Method of how to de-restrict the RS125 CDI to remove the environment dip :

-----------

With a sharp knife, dig out a rectangular hole in the BACK of the CDI (where the silicone is) about 30mm by 10mm in size and about 5-10mm deep. It may take some time to dig the hole out completely because the silicone that's used in the CDI is very strong. Once you've dug out the hole, you'll notice a bit of circuit board, this is commonly known as "the bridge". Using a screwdriver or a pair of pliers, break the bridge. After you've done this, fill the hole you've dug with Silicone, make sure you do it properly so that it's waterproof and no water gets in!. After you've done this, there should be no more environment dip between 5-6,000rpm!!

Source : Forget liao, save in my harddisk then forget the source

>> Bro, will this really work??? im eager to project my cdi... but if smething goes wrong, sure die...

Left handlebar or Clutch lever assembly?

Left handlebar, you got? :D cheap? haha

yea the era of 2 strokes are dying, left with the mito in europe, dunno if thats going too :(

Yea itll work but slowly cut though the silicon is tough, relax take your time so you wont damage it by being impatient.
