i can only beat the wave on 2nd gear after 5500 rpm, then i'm off. But other then that my first gear bogs down whenever it hits that irritating and dangerous CDI restriction for emissions. So i can't really do much speeding off at lights just gradual pull, which flies only after 2nd gear after 5500 rpm when its passed that darn restriction.

 

my full tank (main tank) can last about 220 km, so its roughyl 22km/l as the tank is 10l big.

 

Reserve, dunno haven't tried yet and not really into the habit of pushing bike after fuel tank empty :cheeky:

it's worst than my previous Y2K..

mine currently consum at 18km/L

full tank max is 190km...

he a heavy drinker...

prepare ur self ofr a shock change. chances are da lube in ur shocks have dried due to a worn seal. original shocks cost 350 bux. not worth to service as da price is similar to getting a brand new one. other alternativ is to look for aftermarket shocks like wp. WP rocks. i have one on my bike.

heard they do have and is cheap but very fragile..

mainly for track.. 1 crash sure gone..

hi im a newbie in aprilia... can anyone tell me one full tank can run how far? what is the top speed? and how much will it cost let say an old 97 rs125? thanks for informations!

hello... long time no come here... glad to c so many have bought Aprilia... lol... my 1 oso grandfather bike.... FM plate... keke... ok lar... the engine quite gd... my petrol comsumtion oso alot... keke... like 150-170km/l.... so jialat...

V-power? personally, i feel shell 98 give you more mileage..

you guy can try..

shell 98 gives me 18KM/L

V-power only 17++KM/L

 

by the way..

top speed is a very difficult to say thing.. sprocket size will affect the

top speed..

i use shell 98, can't be bothered paying the extra for v-power. seriously there are tonnes of reports that tell u pumping with anything more than the recommended petrol (e.g. Ron95) doesn't give u less maintenance problems or a cleaner engine. Just gives u less mileage because of the additives that burn more petrol per spark so probably that's why u'd feel more power going through, but it isn't going to make ur regular maintenance any less problematic. i may wanna try 95, when my aprilia warranty is up :-)

 

cheers to all aprilia...btw am i seriously the only tuono owner? *sigh* is it really that ugly compared with the rs125? i kinda like it myself, but it seems its only me.
