Have not tried anything else so far.

Any recommendations from you guys?

I noticed the RS doesnt use much 2T, prob around 1L for about 1800km

Is this normal?

plutoline competiton and the race one is ok...

one is blue... one is gold... used on my 250...

not bad...

regina darren gives me a decent price... can help u get if we g together..

i also use its 4t... but thinking of changing back to fuch...

by the way... dun install alarm starter...

its like swallowing a time bomb..

amt of 2t used depends on how much is being set...

mine used to use a litre per full tank...

that is 150km..

"not meant for long distance"

--> this bike rs125 was built for the tracks but soften for the road. ive travelled to kuala lumpur and back at speed range 120-160kmh with another rs125. proved sceptics totally wrong on endurance capabities of this bike which i bought brand new in yr 2000. KL trip in 2004. the other rs125 was the newer 2003 model.

"do any of aprilia riders here nvr race b4"

-->trackdays can ? both rs125 and rs250 on track with photos to prove. or maybe u need to join us for our track outings if u didnt read the heated posts on track sessions. official races, well so far not yet. u wana be the first? u have all our support definitely.

"daily ride purpose"

--> definitely good even for daily trips to school and work. no bikes gives u THE RACERS EDGE unlike APRILIAs

"regrets if any ?"

--> NONE. Simply the best all rounder for a small cc 2-wheeler.

Can't help it. Just imagine Britney holding that mic...

Anyway, I'll consider a Penske too once my stock susp bites the dust. But I'll take one with a remote reservoir. My exhaust is so hot that the piggyback reservoir configuration on my stock shock fades very fast.

As for the settings, I'll live with the standard preload, comp and rebound damping.

For your susp now, t most impt setting now is preload. Once u get it right, the battle is half won.

can u help for my sus set up?

its been feeling a bit flighty in bumps...:cheeky:

That's interesting! Any idea how much they cost? I imagine they must be pretty rare..

How good are they anyway? Compared to the other scramblers on the road eg. KTM?

anyone interested in getting some EBC pads??

SBF is currently having a mass order for EBC pads and it's cheaper than getting from outside.

Here are the prices:-

Normal

Front (FA126) - 40$

Rear (FA47) - 23$

Sintered - HH

Front (FA126HH) - 54$

Rear (FA47HH) - 54$

The price for the rear sintered pad is update. IMO, the rear sintered is expensive, taking into consideration the rear is almost half the size of the front.

Will we be liable for legal suits for using part of the sponsor's design? Lol...

When I was in Syd, alot of car workshops were making "pirated" bodykits.

Looking identical to those from Top Secret, HKS, Hiro and other brands.

They were about 60% cheaper than buying the original.

They had sent agents from Japan to Syd to have a look at the workshops producing them, i.e. Im going to SUE yr arse off.........

On the safe side, whoever who designs it might want to play it safe?

I will be upset if the person who designs the logo for the passion of owning an Aprilia, actually gets sued by the co.!!! :nono:

ur suspension just need to sent for servicing at a good suspension shop. i had mine done for 280 at teck thye 2 years back and its still good.

wat for waste money get a replacement shock.further more all new shocks are recommended for servicing also.

unless ur are looking to get better performance from ur bike then its worth getting a 1k+ shock.
