Glad it worked for you as well bro , about scrubbing it with steel wool, i would not suggest it, it's a faster way to remove carbon stains but like edwin said, you wanna keep your valve smooth..neither would i suggest using the tip of a screw driver to force the carbon stains out,it will cause unnescceary scartch marks. Try waterproof sandpaper to scrap it off, it will work wonders too..

Basically i feel i'm doing a minor overhaul.. It seems pricey but luckily Law is giving me a good price.. I'm already planning for a complete overhaul sometime in December.

thats great viknesh, keep your bike healthy,just rem to spend your money wisely on the stuff you really need.

Speaking of tuning, I just went from:

Idle jet - 38, air screw - 2 turns out, main jet - 125, fuel consumption - 23km/l

to

Idle jet - 38, air screw - 2.5 turns out, main jet - 140, fuel consumption - 25km/l

ok... its not very difficult.... but a lot of time spend...
