Our Aprilia 125 speedometer is set to max speed 200km/h. But the fastest I've ever heard an Aprilia fly is 220km/h, clocked by R1 meter..

 

That is an extensively modified Aprilia.. Arrow, racing clutch etc, the whole works..

I think is battery since you say c*** will reset and you need to push start. if battery dead, better change it asap. Push start too many times can hurt rectifier/mag coil (heard from someone)

Not exactly rebuilt, but you send it in for servicing.. From what i know, only the rearshocks with the piggyback or reservoir can be "rebuilt".. 100-200plus if i'm not wrong..

170km is the top for my bike. tested but i nv see 'my' speedo, my friend riding a k3 help me see using his speedo following me sided by side @ 2nd link cos our's not accurate

Hi all! trying to find out some info on 2nd hand arrow pipes.

 

Let's say that I can buy a legal arrow from a friend, can I install it and send it for inspection? Or do I need some Official Arrow cert or something?

hey, i got encounter this problem every alternate morning.. haha..!! i don tink its anything.. but how come u ned to push start? i close chokje cannot start den i open.. i open for like 5 secs den press start.. once start onli i close choke.. den slowly rev the engine up n ur good to go.. dont care abt the digital thingie.. mine always reset but go back to original time.. always show "cold" also so ont worry..

 

*ps: i dono which one is open or close but i noe whether its move up or down.. hehe*

i morning start no problem, is at nite sometimes big problem. i close choke start cant then open choke also cant then my headlight slowly like become very dim (not bright) and then like will blink everytime i press the starter and my clock all resetted then i see voltage is about 9-10v only. in the end push start it.

firstly, when you insert your key, and you check your voltage is low, instead of keep cranking it(pressing the ignition button), let the battery recharge first, have a break and smoke first, then start it again, do not keep cranking it, your draining more battery power.

 

To avoid weak battery problems, do not leave your bike exposed to the rain and sun, it will help ensure your will bike will start 100% everytime.

 

 

Benquin:If your Digital readout says it's "Cold" everytime you start, it means your thermostat is loose, open up your fuel tank, behind the sparkplug you should see this wire attached to the top of your block, take it out, clean it and put it back. Read the workshop mannual to double confirm what it looks like.

The pipe can be sold seperately meh? i thought it's registered to the bike, so if you want to buy 2nd hand legal arrow, you have to go to Biketech21, de-register the pipe, install to your bike according to shah's instructions, re-register under your bike plate and re-inspect it.

 

That is provided shah(biketech21) even allows it, or LTA approves it.

transfer of legal arrow is allow...new owner need to go inspection and at the same time cancel off the old registeration...contact biketech , they will tell u wat to do...

 

 

NUTS:wat was ur voltage during cruising,when u turn on and idling... charging of batt occur above 4k rpm .... try not to start/off too often within a short period... drain the batt very fast... wat ur plate...

normal voltage when cruising is 13.5-14v when turning on is 12.5v, mininium voltage for ignition is from 12.2v and above...

observe ur various voltages then tell us ... then i can better trouble shoot ....

do u have problems restarting after travelling for certain distance....

fw plate. when travelling about 13-14+V. come to traffic light will drop to 11+V. when i start my bike is about 10-11+V.

open ur tail piece, check for burnt/melted wires.... most likely is reactifer or batt .... :goodluck:

this exactly happens to me once when i just bought the bike.....try switching to reserve....everything works out fine after that...
